Get rewarded for engaging in wellness related activities throughout the year. Earn wellness points across five different categories: Awareness, Prevention, Participation, Education, and Results. Points accumulated November 1 - October 31 can then be redeemed for financial incentives (Target gift cards).

125 Points = $150
200 Points = $250
